MORE ABOUT THIS TOOL
Minecraft Dungeons 2 Skin Maker: Turn Your Photo into a Hero
Ever wanted to be a hero from Minecraft Dungeons II? Upload a photo and our AI turns you into one: a real, playable 64x64 Minecraft skin with your own face and hair, dressed in a rugged Dungeons II adventurer outfit. No drawing, no pixel art skills, and it is ready in about a minute.
Every skin is made for you from your photo, so no two heroes are the same. The outfit even picks up the main colour of the clothes you wear in the photo, so the costume still feels like yours.
How to Make a Minecraft Dungeons 2 Skin from Your Photo
- Upload a clear photo of yourself, or of the person you want to turn into a hero.
- Keep the Dungeons II style selected and press Generate.
- Wait about a minute while the AI builds your hero skin.
- Rotate your new skin in 3D and download the 64x64 PNG.
- Upload it to Minecraft Java or Bedrock and head out on your adventure.
What Your Dungeons II Hero Skin Looks Like
Your face, hairstyle and hair colour come from your photo. Everything else is redesigned in the medieval-fantasy look of the Dungeons II heroes:
- A layered tunic, jerkin or padded gambeson with a belt and a chunky square buckle
- A collar, scarf, hood-cowl or mantle around the neck and shoulders
- Leather or metal shoulder pads, bracers and cuffs
- Practical trousers and tall leather boots with folded tops or wrapped bands
- Earthy, muted colours with stitching, straps, pouches and worn-metal details
Your face always stays visible: no helmet over your hair and nothing covering your mouth or eyes, so friends recognise you straight away.
From Minecraft Dungeons to Minecraft Dungeons II
The original Minecraft Dungeons launched on May 26, 2020. Made by Mojang Studios with Double Eleven, it turned Minecraft into a dungeon crawler for up to four players, fighting through levels together and collecting armour, weapons and enchantments along the way. Six expansions followed, from Jungle Awakens to Echoing Void, and by the time development wrapped up in 2023 the game had reached 25 million players.
Minecraft Dungeons II was announced at Minecraft Live in March 2026, and its release date is September 29, 2026, on Windows, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The story picks up where the first game left off, with a new threat linked to the Deep Dark and the Ancient Cities. It also brings a fresh art style, a jump, armour split into four pieces and talismans with passive effects.

Become Your Own Minecraft Dungeons II Hero
Those outfits are what make the Dungeons heroes stand out: layered cloth and leather, bold collars and trims, and colours that look like they have already survived a few battles. This style puts that look on your own character, so you can join the adventure as yourself instead of as a preset hero.
It is perfect for a Dungeons-themed server, for roleplay, for matching skins with friends before a co-op session, or simply for showing up in Minecraft as yourself in a hero's gear.
Best Photos for a Dungeons 2 Skin
- A clear, front-facing photo with your face well lit
- Your hairstyle visible, since the hair is kept exactly as it is
- One person in the photo
- A selfie or a head-and-shoulders photo is enough: the AI designs the whole outfit, head to boots
Use Your Hero Skin in Minecraft Java and Bedrock
Your skin downloads as a standard 64x64 PNG, so it works in Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition, on single-player worlds and on multiplayer servers. Want to tweak the colours or add a detail? Open it in the free Minecraft skin editor. New to custom skins? Here is how to import a custom skin into Minecraft.
